While making a presentation to the group, we used to
create speaker notes so that while presenting the same can
be used by the presenter for reference. Normally for this
purpose we used the print out of the notes.
Instead, I understand in Office XP there is a provision of
setting the presentation such that speaker notes will
display only on presenter's laptop screen but not on the
projector. In other word presenter will view the slides
along with the note page but audience will view the
presentation slide without note page.
Would appriciate, if you suggest the way how I should
setup my presentation to have the desired result as
mentioned.
