Moved from Office XP Pro to Office 2003. Mail sent from
my computer will show the following in Sent to:, CC:, and
BCC: FirstnameLastname instead of Firstname Lastname
ie..there are no spaces between the first and last name.
This was not a problem with the same address book in
Office XP Pro (Outlook). Can someone explain why and
what's the fix ?

How? What exact steps did you use?

Open the Contacts folder and look at the "Display As" field for a contact
exhibiting this behavior. Is there a space there or not?

.
This was a new computer with Office 2003 pre-installed.
I moved everything from the old computer to new by using
XP's File and Settings Transfer. Old machine was using
XP Pro OS and new machine is running XP Home. No other
steps other than the simple transfer of files and
settings.

Answer my second question now.
