G Guest Nov 19, 2007 #2 Select the cells you need to format then click FORMAT/CELLS in the menu. If necessary, click the NUMBER tab and in the CATEGORY panel select CUSTOM. In the TYPE field replace GENERAL w/the following format: 000 Click OK to complete the formatting.
