Display Format for From field in a received email message

Normally the From field is displayed as Name [email address], eg. Joe Blow
[[email protected]]. Is it possible to change the format to Name only, ie. Joe Blow?
The reason that I wish to do this is for use in an Outlook exam that I am
preparing.

What type of account and what version of Outlook?
