Display Contents of a Cell

Hi All:

I have information in cells A5:G50

I would like cell D2 to display the contents of an active cell (where
ever the cursor sits).

Is there a function to do this?

=CELL("contents")

will show the info in the active cell. When you input the formula a message
about circular reference will appear. Click Cancel and you will get the
desired result.
