Display a number as a decimal

I would like to aded custom formatting to allow me to enter a number in a
cell (ie 25) and have it display as 0.25. Can anyone help.
 
Go to Tools-->Options-->Edit and select Fixed decimal and enter the
appropriate number, which in your case is 2. Click OK and then you should be
set.
 
Right-click on the cell(s) > FormatCells > NumberTab > Custom > type in the
window "."# > ok
