You left out "what application windows you want 2 of". If it's something
like Windows Explorer, then just make sure the first window is not maximized
and use your mouse to shrink the sides to half screen. Then open another
instance of Windows Explorer and do the same thing.

Right-click an empty portion of the taskbar and select 'Tile Windows
Horizontally' from the popup menu.

The short version is to open both windows, right click an open area of the
taskbar and select 'tile windows vertically'.

Even maximized windows can be resized by moving your mouse to the edge of
the window.

What i am trying to do is,set up my website and iwould like to have the
instrucion manual on one side and my Cpanel on the other.

While i am here can anyone tell me how to uninstall a second version of IE i
have running on my conputer i appeared after i ran the reinstallation cd i
got from Dell.Neither Microsoft nor Dell seem to be able to help me.
