We are having an issue here that has started occuring
recently to some of our Outlook users, but not to others,
where all their reminders show up - even recurrences they
have deleted in the past - whenever they log on in the
morning. They click 'dismiss' when these reminders appear
but the same dismissed reminders (and these are recurring
reminders, not one-offs) appear the next day.
During the day they can log in and out of the system and
no reminders will pop up. We are running Exchange 2000
over Citrix with 2 citrix servers, an exchange server and
a data server.
