D drive - What do I do - this is a used computer.

This is what happens when you ignore all warnings
about "disk getting full" - it's called "painting yourself
into a corner" . . . You can try this:

1. Empty your Recycle Bin.
2. Check if you have any folders named "c:\Foundxxx",
where xxx is some number. Delete them, then empy
the Recycle Bin again.
3. Use Start/Search to see if you have any files with
an extension of .dmp or .tmp. Delete them, then empty the
Recycle Bin.
4. Modify Internet Explorer so that it only keeps the
minimum of "Temporary Internet Files".
5. Launch Control Panel / System / Advanced / Performance
Options / Virtual memory. Set the size of the paging file
on drive C: to 0 and the one on drive D: to whatever you
previously had on drive C:. Click Apply, then reboot the
PC.
6. After recovering from this mishap, never ever allow
the free disk space to drop below 1 GByte.
