Disk Managment question

I have a USB drive and when i plug it in I want it to be assigned drive E:
rather than drive D:, how can I get it to do this given there is only a drive
C: in the computer currently.

Do this:
- Plug it in.
- Run diskmgmt.msc via Start / Run.
- Assign the desired drive letter.
