Disk Defragmenter

I went to run my Disk Defragmenter and recieved and error
message. The message said "Only part of a
ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was
completed". Why is this and what do I do to fix this?

Go to this site,look for the fix restore the disc
defrag,there's 2 different ones,If one don't work try the
other.
