Disk defragmentation...

Hi there,

I was wondering if I could canvass your knowledge, please.

As a matter of course, I have always defragmented my hard drive
regularly. However, of late, I have been getting the report that some
files could not be defragmented. When I look at the report, there are
no files listed. Only a summary of the number of fragmented files,
folders etc.

I apologise if there is an obvious answer to this that I have missed,
but I would like to sort it out.

You're doing a fresh analyze? Not viewing report after a defrag? If this
is the case then something else is going wrong.

Sorry Bob. Took your advice. Blank even in the exported report, I'm
afraid.

Sorry it didn't work. I can't find anything in the knowledge base, and
the "notes" refer to 3rd party software being the basis for the utility,
and Disk Keepers support access is "by agreement". Just curious, is this
FAT32 or NTFS partition?
