Disk Cleanup

I have windows XP pro, and since I upgraded about 3
months ago from windows XP home, I can't perform a disk
cleanup on this machine. Any suggestions?

Try these:

Delete Compress old files registry key:

Close all programs, and manually clean temporary files first:
