Disk Cleanup

The disk cleanup utility in accesories will not function.
When pointing to start then accessories then system tools
then clicking on disk cleanup the hour glass appears
momentarily; the pointer returns and nothing further
happens. The same basic things happen if going from
Start then to run then disk cleanup.
