DISK CLEANUP WINDOWS XP

after creating an Icon, Disk Cleanup works from the Icon
(and also from its location where it was pinned on the
Start menu) but... it has disappeared from the Start
Menu - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools

Any advice to fix this?
Please help. Thank you
