I'm having problems with the Disc Cleanup Utility with MS Windows XP Pro.
I start the utility, select the drive and it states "Disk Cleanup is
calculating how much space you will be able to free on (C
This may take a
few minutes to complete", "Calculating......." and "Scanning: Compress old
files".
That's as far as the utility gets. It just stops.
I've tried to use the utility in safe mode but without success.
How can I get this utility to function again?
I'm running MS Windows XP Pro SP1 with all currently available critical
updates.
