Disk Cleanup utility failure

[HMG]

Recently when I try to run the disk cleanup utility it
freezes. I can still use the computer itself, but it is
very slow. In the Task Manager I see that Cleanmgr.exe
uses 90% or more CPU, but nothing happens.
Any suggestions?

Double click the icon once downloaded.
