Disk Cleanup - Offline Web Pages

When I run Disk Cleanup the Offline Web Pages file does not clear even
though the box is checked. What else do I need to do clear this file?
 
IE version?

Do they clear if you delete Temporary Internet Files via IE Tools | Internet
Options and accept the prompt to delete all offline content?
