Disk Cleanup Doesn't Work

On start, the progress bar stops advancing and disk drive
activity seems to cease.
Any ideas? "This may take a few minutes" lasts forever.

Try going to run,type:cmd In cmd type:CLEANMGR Run cleanup...Or,
go to run,type:CLEANMGR /SAGESET Select all the boxes,run.Then return
to run,type:CLEANMGR /SAGERUN Disk cleanup runs...
 
None of these seem to work...
