I would run a virus or spyware scanner. Something has modified the registry values to allow you to access these. There is not a group or local policy setting to disallow that particular function that I am aware of.

Can you run system file checker? Start----run---sfc /scannow----OK.

Ran it. Didn't give me any error messages. Also have run
a viral sweep with no errors. Still have the same
problem. Cannot check any of the boxes!!!!
