disk clean up problem

i cannot use the disk clean up to clean any of my drives.
i've tried deleting everything in the temp folder and
actually there is one file titled 25ps8sty that won't
delete and i can't figure out what program uses it. i've
also deleted all my online and offline content in internet
options. nothing is working. please help.
 
Suspicious sounding file name. Update your Anti-Virus Program and run a full
system scan.
