Disk clean is jammed open

how do we get it to close to be able to re-open and complete function? HELP
PLEASE when left open it does not move.. and if re-opened stays stuck

If your are referring to a CD/DVD drive (and it's not at all clear that you
are), then I would suggest that the CD/DVD drive needs replacing.
