Disgo Flash writes

I've just got me a Disgo storage device for plugging into a USB port.

I know that flash devices in general have a history for having a limited
number of write cycles and I was wondering if any wisely soul out there
knows what the latest situation is with flash writes. How many write cycles
can the latest flash chips tolerate nowadays and is there a figure that
Disgo in particular quote?
