Discover initialization failure

I am getting the above message when Windows is almost finished loading. I am
able to close it but it happens every boot up. Can anyone tell me what I can
do to fix this error? I'm totally stumped and can't find any information that
helps.

Test to see if it happens in safe mode. Restart the computer, as the BIOS
screen disappears repeatedly tap the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu
appears. Highlight Safe Mode and click ok. Login to the same account. If
the message does not appear in safe mode, then reboot normally and do some
clean boot troubleshooting to identify which program loading in normal mode
is generating this message.
