DISC CLEAN UP FREEZES SETS CPU @ 100%

Hi

Ran disc cleanup many times b4 and no trouble

Recently disc cleanup starts, says compressing files then
freezes. Sets my cpu usage at 100% have to delete it from
task manager processes.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?
