User has been having issues with e-mail being deleted. I deleted her
profile, checked all other folders, detect and repair, turned off Auto
Archive, checked to see if she was in cache mode, checked for rules and
filters.

I monitored her mail today logging in as her..there was mail. I was still
monitoring the mail and it disappeared out of nowhere. She is not hitting
popups or deleting her mail..is there something on the server that is
creating a rule or auto-archiving of some kind that I can research.

Is it possible that the messages are being quarantined..is there a server
rule overriding any settings we are making?

Thank you.

What is her current view?

I doubt they are deleting themselves. It's more likely that she's got an
organization problem, filtering issue, sorting setup, so that the messages
are moving immediately depending on all of those factors. I've seen it
happen. You just need to make sure all the rules are turned off, all the
sorting is correct, and you should at least begin to find the problem.

We are still researching..there are no filters (please read original
message) rules or archiving.

Thank you.

Have you looked to see if Messages is selected ? On the Toolbar, go to
View\Current View\. The user may have Unread Messages selected which will
only show Unread Messages in the Inbox.

Dear Person:

Was this issue ever resolved? I had the exact problem this morning and lost
approximately 40 e-mails. I called MS support but they could not help me. I
need these e-mails back and don't know what to do. I don't want this to
happen again. They have to be in my computer somewhere, no?
