Disappearing icons

Hi,

I am encountering this percular issue on my outlook
express 6.0 on Windows XP. The icons is disappearing if I
minimize it and when I need to use it i can't find the
familiar layout like send/receive button. This occurrance
is irregular. Some time two icons missing, another time
three icons missing.
I have patched my XP using Windows Update and checked
that Norton Anti-virus is up-to-date. It still the same
issue, till I need to exit Outlook and re-enter again.
Any clue what is happening?
