Have you tried resetting the toolbars? Right click, select customize, on
the toolbar tab, press the reset button. Failing that, close Outlook, find
and rename outcmd.dat to .old and reopen Outlook. You will need to redo any
customizations you have on the Outlook toolbars but this will set it back to
the default settings so you can start over.
