disappearing fonts

Please Help

Two of my computers lost it's fonts with an exploit
trojan. My computer is repaired but I can't seem to fix
the other. What can I do? I don't have any fonts in the
fonts folder and when I put one in it disappears after
reboot possibly... Please Help.

i have witnessed something like that,
i sat at the computer and suddenly the
screen went word-and-letter-blank,
after reboot the problem was gone,
but what might still be left on the system
and what to expect next .....

Please supply the exact name of the Trojan exploit.then
we'll have something to work on in finding a fix.
