Check your view to ensure that you do not have a filter on it, such as
unread messages. Easiest way is to enable the Advanced toolbar - right
click on the toolbar area, select Advanced. There is a dropdown that shows
you your current view. Set it to All Messages and you should be fine.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
