Hi
I want to leave some devices as "unknown" in Device Manager on this new
build I'm working on.
I'm doing this because the relevant software/drivers for those devices will
be installed post-build, by our software delivery system.
Is there any way of preventing Windows from prompting for drivers for
unknown devices at startup? I've looked thru the registry and local policy,
but I can't find anything.
Basically, I want Windows to start up and simply accept that there are a few
unknown devices, without bugging me for drivers.
Thanks in advance.
