Hi all,

I am trying to disable the tour prompt that pops up every
time a new user logs in on our machines. I've perfomed
the operation described in knowledge base article 311489
with no results. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

TIA.

Yeah, email microsoft and tell them that the article didn't fix your
problem.

Merely open each account. Let the Tour start, then close it. The tour
is set to "run once" at account start.

That would work if the user accounts where not temporary.
Each user account is created when the user logs in and is
removed when the user logs out. So essentially everytime a
user logs in the pc sees them as a new user. I need a way
to permenatly disable the tour, even for new users.

But thanks for the suggestion.
