Hi,

I'd like to disable the blank slide showing "Starting Slideshow" when a
slideshow starts (and probably while it's loading).
Is there a way of replacing it with an image (of my choice)?

Any help will be much appriciated.

Sorry, that's hardcoded and you can't get rid of it. It doesn't happen in
PPT 2003, so an upgrade would resolve it.

That's an interesting point Echo - I didn't realize that.

I figure it just took a version for Microsoft to come around to our way of
thinking (i.e., we don't need no stinking "slide show starting." <g>)
