Disabling some features from AD controller and Exchange.

Can i safely disable SMB over TCP or SMB over NBT from AD controller?
Can i safely close port 135 by disabling DCOM from AD controller?
Can i disable these features from Windoss 2000 server wich has Exchange 2000
server?
 
Just out of curiosity, are you trying to protect your server from the local
network, or from the Internet? If the latter, just get a decent firewall and
block ports.
