Disabling Security Warning Messages

Evan

I have redirected some of the user's desktops to a folder
on the server. I added a few icons to this folder that
they needed. The problem is when they click on the links
to open the relevant programs (such as Outlook or Internet
Explorer) a security warning pops up asking 'Do you want
to open this file?' Down at the bottom of the message it
says "While files from the internet can be useful, this
file type can potentially harm your computer. If you do
not trust the source, do not open the software."
Is there a way to stop it from doing this? It's a pain to
have to click 'Open' on the warning window every time.
Thanks.
