Disabling Security control center

I just downloaded and installed SP2. How do I get the
Security Center to not lauch on start up. I manually
check for updates, I do no t want my firewall turned on
since I use a router, and I know the status of my anti-
virus.

Can this feature be turned off?

Control Panel --> Security Center --> click the item on the left called
"Change how security center notifies me"
