Disabling right click on desktop winxp

Hi all,

I have been all over the web looking for an answer to this and I can't
seem to find an answer anywhere. Is there a way to lock down or
disable right clicking on the desktop in windows xp? There just has to
be a way! Thanks in advance!

Set the backgroung to html file and disable the context menu on the html page..
