Disabling personalized menu's

Hi group, I wonder if there's a way to disable those personalized
menu's in Outlook (Outlook 2002 on Windows XP). It's driving me crazy
having to click more than once to open a menuitem :-(

View menu > Toolbar > Customize > Options tab > Check "Always show full
menus"
 
If you mean the two level, click to expand menu's, right click on the
toolbar, choose Customize, select the Options tab, then check "Always
show full menu".
