disabling drag and drop on webbrowser control

I have a webbrowser control embedded in my form. I've set both this control
and the panel that holds it, a false value for the AllowDrop. Yet you can
still drag a file onto the webbrowser and it will display it. Can anyone
suggest a way to turn off the drag and drop completely on this webbrowser
control?
