disabling custom menu upon closing workbook

How do I disable a custom menu upon closing an excel workbook, so that it is
not available in other excel workbooks ?
 
Try this one
Sub DisableCmdBar()
dim cmb As CommandBarButton
For Each cmb In CommandBars("CIREPT_6").Controls
cmb.Enabled = false
