Disabling Cached Mode Through Registry

I would like to keep the cache-mode disabled, even if a
user enables it. I am thinking about doing it by
controlling registry changes. Is anyone familiar with the
key/value that controls whether Cached-Mode is used or not?

Thanks,

I don't see where this was answered in Microsoft.public.outlook, can you
provide a link? I asked a similar question about disabling the cache option
through Group Policy, but the only answer I received was the manual steps to
do so in Outlook. Not what I needed. I have found where the setting can be
made for new profiles using GP, but not for my existing profiles. Do you
know where the Registry setting is the turns off/on cache for an existing
profile or how to set the cache mode for an existing profile using GP?
Thanks.
