Hi,

For some reason, a GHP on my system is requesting
information from a MS server that is located at
207.46.228.35:3544. Does anyone have any idea what
process on my system is requested services from this
server. I would like to disable it. Thank you for any
assistance that you can give me.

Hi again,

I loaded up a program called DiamondCS Port Explorer and
it looks like IE is initiating the contact to
207.46.228.35:3544. Does anyone know what IE is trying to
do and how I might disable it. Thanks.

Rich,

You might want to try a tool like TCPview from
www.sysinternals.com to assist you is seeing what
is listening on the return port ZA identifies.
If you use this tool, have it show non-connected
endpoints, then locate and highlight the listener
for an instance of the host with your port, and view
its Process / Process properties from the drop menu.
This will let you see the start options to the host where
the name at the end identifies what start group of the
items within that service host instance listens on that port.
