Actually, the setting would more likely be wake on modem or something like
that.
As Chris said, it'd be in your bios.

Unless there have been changes to BIOS that I haven't seen
yet then you won't be looking for the 'Wake on LAN'
option. You will need to check out the BIOS however. But
what you should be looking for is 'Wake on Ring' or
something similar. 'Wake on LAN' is reserved for Network
Cards whereas the 'Wake on Ring' is reserved for Modems.
