I keep getting the following error when i try to run my
macro. I am not sure how to fix it. I have changed my
security to low and it still gives me the same error
saying the security is set to high. But when I go into
security and look it says the level is set to low.

Please advise.

Error Message:
Macros in this workbook are disabled becuase the security
level is high, and the macros have not been digitally
signed or verified as safe. To run the macros, you can
either have them signed or change your security level.
Click Help for more information.

If you opened that workbook, then changed the security level to low (or medium),
you'll have to close your workbook and reopen it to enable the macros in that
workbook.

This setting isn't retroactive to the existing open workbooks.
