Disable XP Auto Add Network Printer

IS there a way to stop XP (Home & PRO editions) from
Automatically adding any Shared Network Printers they see
to their list?

It just seams that they autosearch the LAN, find any
shared printers and installs them on the local machine.
This can be confusing for the user, which can barely
understand getting it to print on their own, let alone
wondering why someone elses print jobs are coming out at
their desk.

As an ADMIN, I've searched the knowledge base and it's
worthless as usual.

Please advise

Open add/remove programs,or disk-cleanup-other options,
windows components,locate network-sharing,uncheck the
box for printers/files.

What hapens if you...

In Windows Explorer, Tools-menu | Folder Options |
/View\ Advanced settings:
Files and folders
[ ] Automatically search for network folders and printers
