Disable User Account

When I disable a user account, how do I disconnect the user immediately from
all shares and Exchange mailbox when the user is still logged on when the
account was disabled?

The accaunt will be disabled inmediately, i mean the next time his/her
credentials are required, he or she will not be able to get or use the
resources

however if he is already logged you will have to wait until he logs off
