Disable the forward mail function when user is out of the office.

Hi all

Have any people know that how to disable the forward mail function in
"Tools" > "Out of Office Assistant" > "Add Rule" , even just only allow user
type the message on "AutoReply only once to each sender with the following
text" and disallow add any rule.

Is it possiable ? Thanks you for your help.

I don't know that you can control whether or not they can forward mail
internally, but if you wish to prevent them from forwarding mail to Internet
recipients, you can re-disable "autoforward to the Internet" in Exchange
(presuming E2k/2003). I don't think it's an option in E 5.x, but I'm rusty
on that.
