Is there any way disable the sound and/or desktop image using Remote Desktop
Web Connection ?

thanks

You can disable the desktop wallpaper for all clients using a Group Policy. On the host, run
'gpedit.msc' from the command line and look at "Local Computer Policy ->
Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Terminal Services" for the policy to "Enforce
Removal of Remote Desktop Wallpaper"....

You can disable the audio redirection for all clients using a Group Policy. On the host, run
'gpedit.msc' from the command line and look at "Local Computer Policy ->
Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Terminal Services -> Client/Server data
redirection" for the policy to "Allow audio redirection"....

Again, this is configured on the Remote Desktop host box.
