Disable Right Click

I need to disable the right click ability in IE6. I'm in
a school division and the students are using the right
click/set as background combination to change the
background/wallpaper. I'm currently using Fortres to
lock down the desktop but it's not disabling the right
click features. HELP!!! I know there has to be
something in the registry I can change to disable it.
HELP ME!!! I'm dying here!
