disable recall feature in outlook 2003

We use Exchange server, cashed mode > I need to disable the recall feature in
Outlook 2003 (sent Messages/Auction/Recall This Message...)
I checked GPO settings for Outlook, there is non found

Is there a way to dissable this settings for Outlook 2003 users?

You didn't look hard enough. Because Recall is a menu command, you need to use the Disable items in user interface / Custom policy setting. The ID for the Recall This Message command is 2511.

I discovered that by typing in recall in "Disable items in user interface /
Custom policy setting" also did the trick
